You Probably Aren’t Eating ENOUGH…

Are you ~sooo hungry all the time~ (aka not eating enough at normal intervals throughout the day)?

The magic answer is: more food. With protein AND CARBOHYDRATE and fat. It is not in my nature to go more than four  hours without eating because that’s how you get over hungry / might ignore your body’s cues.

The OVERWHELMING majority of our clientele THINK they eat too much, when in reality when we listen to their 24 hour recall, we are like – ummm where’s the rest of your food? No wonder you’re starving at 4 PM.

As my Facebook profile said (prob still does but idk how to edit it #geriatricmillennial) – “hungry? Check my purse”

Even in 2005, I had Luna bars in my purse at the bar at night…

Try to fuel your furnace and eat SOMETHING every three-four hours

Make it have protein.. And plants. P + P!

Proteins: cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, kefir, eggs, jerky
Plants: fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts & seeds and their butters
