We’ll go over the basics of sleep, sleepytime snacks, sleep cycles, hormones, caffeine, alcohol, fasting, cellular repair, naps, nighttime snacks, exercise, sleep hygiene, and all things related to sleep / food / nutrition / stress (and, of course, the importance of the illustrious microbiome).
